Overview
The 50 m2 apartment is on the ground floor of our house, which was completed in 2017. It offers space to accommodate two adults and has an open kitchen with living room, shower/toilet and a bedroom. Outside there is a spacious terrace. The apartment has a separate entrance area, a parking space is available for you on the private access road.

The apartment is perfectly connected to public bus transport, the distance to the next bus stop is just 100 meters. The "Grindel" ski slope from the First area also ends in the immediate vicinity of "Anke's Apartment".

The apartment is heated by central heating (underfloor heating).
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, oven/microwave combination, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and milk frother.
